Calling cards:
a. The first time you use our cards
1. Dial your access
number. Wait for greeting.
2. Enter your 12-digit pin number when requested and press #.
3. Dial the number you wish to call and press #.
4. If the number you are dialing is busy or is not answering
or you wish to place additional calls, do not hang up. Just press ## and wait for greeting. Then dial as described in step 3.
b. Other important notes:
1. You keep entering the PIN number and the system asks you again and again to
reenter it:
Calling cards can only be used
from a touch tone phone. You can identify if your phone is touch tone by lifting
up the hook and dialing any number (i.e. number 5). If you hear a solid sound
("bib") then your phone is touch tone but if you hear a continuous noise in the
form of pulses that means that your phone is on the Pulse mode and the card will
not be able to be used. Most modern phones have both options so you will have to
find the button that does that. Usually this button is on the sides of the phone
and has a sign "Pulse/Tone" or "P/T" and all you have to do is switch it to the
tone side.
2. You have a few cents in your card but you cant make any more calls:
Sometimes if the remaining
balance is too small in the card and its not enough for the call to the country
you are dialing you will not be able to make any more calls. The balance must be
enough to place the minimum call time depending on the card (1 minute, 2 minutes
etc).
3. The system informs you the card is expired.
The cards expire 60 calendar
days from the first time you use.
4. You have run out of balance and you need to make more phone calls:
You can call our customer
service and recharge your card with the amount you wish. You will need a credit
card to do so.
